A Simple Travel Guide for my Blogger friend ~~~

My blogger friend from Australia is coming to Malaysia next week. Here are some nice travel points and info about Malaysia.
Kuala Lumpur - the city of Malaysia.
Travel points: KLCC, KL TOWER, PETALING STREET ( CHINA TOWN ), CENTRAL MARKET....
KLCC, the heart of Kuala Lumpur. the most popular landress in Malaysia., it's also a popular tourist destination.
Attraction: Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Auaria KL, Petronas Sains, shopping central....
High Light: Kinokuniya Japanese Book Store, Madam Kwan's restaurant selling the delicious Nasi Lemak and  Nasi Bojari.

Petaling Street  (China Town ) is a shopping street, various items are sold here, you must bargain at least until half  price.

Attractions in Petaling Street: Koon Kee Wan Tan Noddle, Kiew Brothers (Wo Lai Ye) dried meat, so many tourist like to buy this as sourvenir snack :), Lo Hon Guo & Longan drinks don't miss it!
Central Market: Near Petaling Street, selling cultural handicraft items....
Since my friend and her family will stay in her grandma's house which is near Taman Cheras, I will recommend her visit to a famous night market at Taman Connaught, Cheras which is operate on every Wednesday night from 7.00pm to 11.00pm... a lot of  famous local authentic snacks...

At the opposite of the night market there is a 24-hour Mamak Stall which you can have roti canai or tosei
 for your supper :)

Famous shopping malls in Kuala Lumpur reccommended to you: Pavilion K.L, Midvalley Mega Mall, The Gardens- Mega Mall.......

Famous food in Kuala Lumpur: Ampang Yong Tau Fu, you can also try Paper Wrapped Chicken and Asam Laksa Fish at the Yong Tau Fu restaurant.
Famous food in Kajang, Selangor (Which is about a 15 minutes drive from Cheras): Satay, if you want to refer about it you are welcome to visit my post,  please kindly click here.

A few other travel points you can visit in Kuala Lumpur are Sunway Lagoon, Ampang Waterfall..........
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Genting Higland: It is about an hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. Nice weather, Indoor and Outdoor Theme Park.1st choice for local people because of its short distant from K.L .
Melaka; a historical city which is about 2 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur, a popular travel point, local people like to take photos at this historical city, and we like the food in Melaka too. You can try Chicken Rice Ball, Nyoya Kuih, Cendol......

If you like adventure and nature..... Malaysia has a lot of beautiful islands, like Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Tioman, Pulau Redang, Pulau Perhentian, Pangkok Island and others. The trip is about RM 400++ above depending on what type of hotel and how many days you want to stay at the resort.

Sabah and Sarawak are also very nice places to visit, it is far from Kuala Lumpur, which is at the  East Coast Malaysia. My family and I visited Sabah last year  click Sabah  or here for photos that we captured  during our trip....

I hope she will have a wonderful holiday with her family, and hope I will have a chance to meet her. :)
